Who should attend?
First time using AI to code? Perfect. Daily Cursor power user? Also perfect.
The best way to learn is coding with others who are figuring it out too. All skill levels welcome. We learn most from each other's different approaches.
Upcoming Sessions
Polyglot Challenge
Solve one problem in three different languages you don't know, letting AI teach you as you go. Share what you learned about each language.
Measuring AI Adoption & Impact
How do you know if AI is actually helping your team? Explore metrics and approaches to measure AI adoption levels, developer productivity gains, and real business value—beyond just "it feels faster."
Trust, but Verify: How to Tame AI Code with Quality Engineering
Together we'll explore and try out specific strategies for taming the unpredictability of AI agents through testing and clear behavior definitions.
AI Assisted BDD
User-centric specification by example first, then write code, then refactor. Rinse and repeat. How does this good ol' flow work with AI agents?
What is a Coding Dōjō?

Practice together
A coding dōjō is where developers practice together. We set ourselves a challenge and tackle it as a group—one person driving at the keyboard, others navigating, everyone learning.

Learn from each other
We rotate every 5-10 minutes so everyone gets to drive, navigate, and observe. It's the fastest way to pick up new techniques because you're seeing how other people think.

Different challenges every time
We also experiment with formats—sometimes collaborative, sometimes competitive—to keep each session fresh. Different challenge, different vibe, same goal: level up your AI-coding game.
