The course with Richard was full of concrete advice and real-world examples. He answered even our non-trivial questions. We took away a lot — and started using some of it right away!
Richard has an excellent command of the topic and creates a pleasant and fun atmosphere. He used plenty of visual and interactive tools so we could truly experience Kanban. I enjoyed the course and highly recommend Richard!
I recommend the Kanban training with Riki with all ten fingers! Experience, passion, and an engaging delivery — the two days flew by and my curiosity about agile grew even more.
Training with Riki was a blast again! An easy choice this year too. I'm taking away valuable knowledge on how to use Kanban in a Scrum environment. Thanks!

No flow, no Kanban! Thanks for a great training!
