  • Optimize flow and productivity during the Sprint
  • Work with data instead of impressions and guesses
The course with Richard was full of concrete advice and real-world examples. He answered even our non-trivial questions. We took away a lot — and started using some of it right away!
Martin Peška, Software Engineer, Devcors
Richard has an excellent command of the topic and creates a pleasant and fun atmosphere. He used plenty of visual and interactive tools so we could truly experience Kanban. I enjoyed the course and highly recommend Richard!
