Karel is a consultant for agile transformations and organizational design, Scrum trainer and programmer.

Close to 15 years he has worked with dozens of organizations, from start-ups to established technology companies to multinational corporations. In them he "left his mark" on almost a hundred teams and thus draws on very rich experience.

Karel focuses on "descaling" (simplifying) organizations, building team responsibility and technical excellence.

As a long-time developer, he emphasizes sustainable architecture, readable code and automation.
