Karel is a consultant for agile transformations and organizational design, Scrum trainer and programmer.
Close to 15 years he has worked with dozens of organizations, from start-ups to established technology companies to multinational corporations. In them he "left his mark" on almost a hundred teams and thus draws on very rich experience.
Karel focuses on "descaling" (simplifying) organizations, building team responsibility and technical excellence.
As a long-time developer, he emphasizes sustainable architecture, readable code and automation.
Your trainer Robert Batůšek
Robert is a software development consultant with over twenty years of experience, LeSS trainer (the only one in the Czech Republic), and programmer.
He has held many positions in companies, from developer to architect, project manager, team lead, manager, Scrum Master, and agile coach. In several companies, he had the opportunity to introduce and improve agile product development at scale (30+ teams).
He helps companies simplify product development across multiple teams so they can quickly adapt to changing business priorities without losing the ability to grow.
As a programmer, he advocates for Test-Driven Development, knowing well that this technique significantly reduces the number of bugs in production.
Your trainer Richard "Riki" Ross
Riki is a senior team coach, agile transformation consultant, Scrum trainer, and Kanban expert.
He has experience with both traditional project management in custom software development environments, as well as agile approaches, Scrum, and Kanban. He has worked with dozens of teams, whether development, or operational.
When working with teams, he places great emphasis on autonomy and self-management.
He is an active member of international communities around Scrum, Kanban, and LeSS.
