The course serves as an introduction to agile principles and the Scrum framework. In three days it fully covers
the content of courses Professional Scrum Master™ and Professional Scrum Product Owner™.
It thus creates the most comprehensive view of Scrum and shared understanding among participants from the perspective
of product, people and team collaboration.
It is intended for organizations that are starting with Scrum or want to strengthen their knowledge of it.

Agile product management
Together we will create a fictional product from idea, through business model, vision and business strategy to creating
and managing the backlog and its refinement. Scrum does not explicitly describe many of these areas, but they are essential
for your success in the Product Owner role.

Scrum Master Stances
In real-world scenarios and simulations, we will practice which stance the Scrum Master should adopt in which situation to have the right impact.
